WHAT IS SPINAL FLOW?
THE SPINAL FLOW lives within each of us. It’s the Lifeforce and innate intelligence of our being. Just the same as the rivers, streams ands waterfalls know which way to flow, the same goes with our spinal flow.
THE SPINAL FLOW also describes the mobility of your spine along with the movement of your spinal fluid.
Unfortunately in the same way that beavers can build dams that stop the flow of a river, our bodies create blockages in our spine when it feels unable to process stress. These blockages end up causing an interference within our bodies and appear as symptoms, pain, discomfort, and dis-ease.
This is where Spinal flow practitioners come in.
We are trained to use the Spinal Flow Technique to stimulate your nervous system, gently release these blockages and remind your body how to live in EASE.
